Memorial Crosses

Room 11 were very fortunate to be given the opportunity to make some crosses to represent the service men and women from our West Auckland Community who fought in WW1.

They then went and researched their service man or woman to find out more information about them and what there role was and what they did for us. They are no longer just a name but a person who sacrificed their life for future.  

Today we set up a memorial for the fallen soldiers in front of our school cross. 

We will remember them.
